The eleven guest rooms are located in three guest houses situated around the main house. Each guest room is individually decorated and offers a private porch entry and private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, heating and air conditioning and direct dial phones. Select rooms are equipped with TV/DVD players. Free high speed wireless internet access is available in every room and the outdoor patio areas. Iron/ironing boards and hair dryers are available on request.

The room rates shown below for each room include breakfast for the number of people listed. A room only option is available for those whose plans do not include breakfast. This rate is $10 less than the rates shown.

Ponderosa Guest House

Nestled under mature Ponderosa Pines, the Ponderosa Guest House contains four individual queen bed rooms, each with its own front porch and private entry. Newly redecorated, these rooms provide comfortable and cozy country cottage charm. A new patio area has a barbecue grill for those wanting to stay close to home on warm summer evenings. and two of the rooms have kitchenettes for added convenience. Spend a lazy afternoon on the porch swing shaded by century old apple and walnut trees or share an evening glass of wine with friends around the patio tables; this is where you will feel at home and really start to relax. Five individual guest rooms offer either king or two queen bedroom accommodations and two of the rooms have fireplaces. An adjacent rear parking area adds to the feeling of being away from it all.

The Chalet

Outside the Chalet
Set in the grounds of the inn, the Chalet is perfect for groups and retreats of all kinds. Fully equipped for a very comfortable vacation or a weekend away, the Chalet has a full kitchen, large living/dining area three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easily accommodates 8-10 people.

$320 per night or $1700 weekly - self catering.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is one of the highlights of your stay at Prescott Pines Inn and is included in the room rate. Served family style on rose patterned china, featured entrees follow a delicious first course and include fresh fruit, fruit juice, and your choice of beverage. You will never leave hungry or be served the same breakfast twice. At weekends breakfast is served at 8:00am and 10am, weekdays the schedule is more flexible.

RESERVATIONS

You may make your reservation by phone or on our web site using the contact information below. We will confirm all reservations on receipt of a credit card payment for the first night accommodation plus tax. The balance of all remaining nights is due upon arrival. For stays longer than 5 days an additional deposit may be required.

CANCELLATIONS

A full refund of your deposit will be made if we receive your cancellation request before the cancellation period. If a cancellation request is made within the cancellation period no refund will be made UNLESS your room can be resold, in which case you will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Our cancellation period is 7 full days before the check in date EXCEPT: For all 14 and 21 day cancellation periods, guests will be charged the full amount for ALL room nights reserved less any amounts received for room nights resold.
